Programs are able to customize their "Program Materials" section of RF-PTCAS using a tool called the Configuration Manager Portal located within WebAdMIT.

A program will not be active within RF-PTCAS until the program sets up its Program Materials page using the Configuration Manager Portal. Programs are responsible for their individual program setup in RF-PTCAS, and once a program is live on the application, edits cannot be made until the next application cycle.
