Brooks Rehabilitation Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy Fellowship

Brooks Rehabilitation is one of the busiest free-standing rehabilitation hospitals in the country, discharging nearly 3,000 patients per year. We have a continuum of care including home care, outpatient services, vocational rehabilitation, and adaptive recreation. In addition to the expansive clinical network, Brooks also has a clinical research department to bring cutting-edge rehabilitation directly to our patients.     The Brooks Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy Fellowship Program is credentialed for Physical Therapists by the ABPTRFE, and is a Recognized AAOMPT Fellowship Program. This program is two years in length and consists of three components that include didactic/psychomotor classes, clinical mentoring and supervision, and directed learning activities. The program provides an eclectic, evidence-based educational experience for individuals interested in attaining highly specialized skills in the practice area of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy. The focus of this program is on developing expert practitioners who are fluent with clinical reasoning algorithms and highly skilled with performing advanced psychomotor techniques.
