Institute of Physical Art & Functional Manual Therapy Foundation Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy Fellowship
    The program provides advanced training and clinical reasoning training in Functional Manual therapy with extensive supervision. Emphasis is on an evidence based treatment approach for complex patients of all diagnosis. The approach emphasizes the enhancement of function through treatment of the mechanical capacity, neuromuscular function, and motor control.

Courses IPA courses – CFS, PNF I, FM I, FM II, FMLQ, FMUQ, plus one elective Foundation course –CrunkKeyserPT. Plus successful completion of the Functional Manual therapy certification process.
Certifications Functional Manual Therapy Certification (CFMT)
Experience At least two years of full time clinical practice.

A cover letter that: describes why you wish to participate in the FMT Fellowship Program. Give an overview of your clinical experience, noting any experience that you think would be particularly relevant. List at least 5 measurable goals that you would like to achieve during your fellowship, to include both broad and specific goals. An example of a broad goal would be “to become a better manual therapist”, while an example of a specific goal would be “to become better at developing a physical therapy diagnosis”.
