Courses Successful completion of at least six IAOM-US courses
Certifications Successful completion of IAOM-US certification examination for the Spine or the Extremities or of six IAOM-US courses (choice of two of the following modules: lower extremity (3 courses); upper extremity (3 courses); upper spine (3 courses); lower spine (3 courses).
